If the product is damaged, customers may be entitled to a refund or an exchange under their statutory rights.
If the item is damaged, we will cover the cost of receiving the item back to SWF Scotland. Please provide photographs of the damage if possible.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If customers wish to return an item that is not damaged or faulty, then the item can be returned in exchange for a refund but this is done at the customer's expense.
Products are only refundable if the goods are returned within 14 working days of the date of purchase, in its original packaging.
If a refund has been requested, it will be processed within 21 days of receipt of the returned items.
